Is there another way that we could send someone their username and password? It seems I have a problem with some users not seeing it or for some reason, not getting it at all. Maybe have it automatically log them in upon payment and sending a copy to their email to save or print....or a "click here to print your access card" link. I keep a small supply of generated cards for offline use and that has helped, just looking for another way to do it.

There is a password recovery link on the login page.
The user can access that and it will display all valid tickets (user/pass)

Besides that..we will be working on a feature very soon which will
address this very issue. (Should be Complete mid January, 2010)

Oh. I guess I never really noticed that. Well, after clicking on it myself, it shows about 4 of them. I assume that it will only show usernames and passwords that have been used at least once. The problem I'm having is that the users are forgetting the info right after receiving it. By the way, if the user clicks on the forgot password link, is he going to see more than one or just his own? I'm looking forward to the new updates!

The user will only see the passwords that where used on that particular device.
So if people are sharing a computer, then they could take the password.
But we have time share feature that will allow only one device per ticket.
This would prevent password theft.

And if you are running dhotspot as a kiosk or public use computer,
then yes, users can access the internet with the password recovery feature.
That issue may be resolved in the next update.
