IMPORTANT - PAYPAL STANDARD - KNOWN QUARK
Having problems with the Paypal Standard Module? If so PLEASE READ.

Paypal has several ip addresses. This is problematic in a hotspot restricted access environment.
Chillispot validates ip addresses before allowing access to paypal.
When it's time to make a purchase and your customer proceeds to paypal checkout there may be an ip conflict.
Undesirable Results vary in different countries.
Most Common side effect is "hanging" (long waiting times) during the payment process.

Solutions
Solution 1. Configure Chillspot to allow Paypal Ip's in your Country.

Solution 2. Use our Bypass system. Although, flawed, it works.
The system processes a 5 minute access ticket during the purchase process.
When they complete the transaction, they are logged out and proceed to login with there purchased ticket.
Problem: There is a 5 minute window of free access that may be abused.
Soluition 3. Use Paypal Pro as a payment gateway. It does not have this problem.
