I have a small store which sells refreshments.

I want to offer wifi in my shop utilize my router in my shop to allow customers to have 15 min of free wifi access, (router wrt54-gl with ddwrt) after that they will either need to purchase more time or lose connection, aside from this I will need the internet censored from porn and malicious sites and I would also like to have the signal very weak when the users leave the store. Can someone give me some direction as to what I will need to look at to achieve this.

does dHotSpot offer these this type of features?
