 Post subject: LOGGING IN

I got my tickets printed, but every time I try to use them to log in its giving me incorrect user name.

How do i get logged in

Maybe I can help. First, you want to make sure that you are typing the username in ALL CAPS.

that sounds a but unusual.
Are you sure your logging into the right page.
