Has anyone else had any problem with prepaid or purchased monthly tickets expiring after about 2 weeks? I've had a few of these.

We have had a few reports of tickets that did not have the correct time.
However, upon investigation, it could not be duplicated.

I would like to know moire about your experience.
Please explain the ticket..

How Early Did It Expire?
Type of Ticket (prepaid, online, free)
Exact Duration
Time Control (continuous or non continuous)

Well, these are monthly (31 days) online tickets that were purchased with paypal. The tickets appear to be expiring in 2 weeks. My time control is currently set to Non-continuous. This has also happened just now to a prepaid ticket #IWQUZUUY. Hope this helps. Thanks.

ok. I'll look into it.
However, i just realized that if your time is set to non-continuous a 30 day ticket would
not expire until that person used up in 720 hrs. I know this is not the problem you are having.

I will look into it.
Thanks for telling us.

Now is this provided that the user actually uses the logout button or does the time continue if he doesn't?

Time will continue unless you use the logout button.
Logout button stops the timer and saves any time remaining.

We recently changed our timing convention.
So maybe this ticket will expire at the specified time, even when the user logs out.
I will have to do some more testing on this.
