 Post subject: how can i or customer check that how much time left on ticke

with dhotspot, i don't know how to check how much time left on customers ticket. how do i check the remaining time on the tickets, and how can customer check how many time left on their ticket... please reponse asap

After you login your time is displayed on the landing page.
If your time is expired, a failed login message will be displayed to the user,
telling him his ticket has expired.

If you change the landing page url, you will not see this time display feature.

thank you for reply. now i know how to check time left on ticket from my admin pages.
but i'm still confused about how my customer check their time from their stations, because i was setting landing page as google.com, and now it turn it off. and "admin"'s respond said, customer check their time from landing pages... but i don't have no idea what is that mean... please explain me little easy to understand. this is what i want to know basically...

Let said Customer Alex login with with his 2 hours voucher ticket, and after 30~40 min later, if he want to check how much time he have, what will be the address that he have to go to check remaining time.
also, how my customer log out from their contaction? i'm guessing if they just turn off their computer or disconnect from my wireless, it log off automatically.... am i right?? please respond me...

In the admin area there is a feature called "landing page".
If you add a url there, your customer will be directed to that page when he logs into your hotspot.
There is not time display when you use this redirect landing page option.

To display the timer, you must turn OFF the "landing page module".
http://www.dhotspot.com/admin/landing_page.php
This will send your customer to the timer display page.

He can also logout on this page.
To use the logout feature you must configure the "time control feature" to be in
non continuous time mode.

This Feature is located in tickets->time control
or http://www.dhotspot.com/admin/time.php


You can tell a user to either:
1. bookmark the timing page
2. keep page open in a separate tab or browser
3. go to mywifitime.com
