Would the same thing apply when I would have, for instance, a campsite and use multiple routers spread across the campsite all using the same internet connection and the same settings. Just naming them different...

This should work fine. As for dHotSpot, you don't need to name the differently.
You could place a router at each campsite with the same hotspot id. Each router will show the same landing page and all tickets will work at all router locations.

As for networking, it maybe complicated, but it is possible.
Anything is possible.
