Topic review - A slight problem

The system should set a cookie which will display the login box, if you have a valid ticket.
As for "my tickets", your ticket will be available in the ticket bin. You can still login.
However you can only obtain a new free ticket when you are in lite mode.

Ok. Again, thanks for your help. Upon checking, when the last ticket is used, the system reverts to "lite" mode and the form for username and password are no longer visible. This is also true in my tickets. So does a user need to go thru the free access to enter his credentials?

Actually the system should allow those with a valid ticket to login, even if your ticket count is "0". I spent a lot of time correcting timing problems on your behalf. New prepaid tickets should expire at the correct time. Paypal tickets are not yet using this new timing routine.

Good luck at the new park.

Sorry, I just recently read this reply. Anyway, I checked, and ticket sharing is on. I have to assume by this time, the client has already used their time. I was just concerned that if there were no more credits, that user would not see the login on the front page. I just had a client pay for 1 month at this point. Although this is helpful, I'm still having problems with my paypal account being negative as well as my bank. I'm working for Grand Canyon National Park and this has been a particularly slow (and snowy) season. This has resulted in a not so steady income. This right before I'm due to move to another park (Rocky Mountain). By the way, I did this to help out fellow employees here in our dorm. :D Thanks for all your help.

We just added a few tickets to your account so you can test things.

Sorry for the down time.

You had a client use your last login to buy a ticket.
Interesting. This may be a conflict in the permissions of the ticket usage.
You may have ticket sharing turned off.
Maybe if you turn on ticket sharing this person can use your ticket.

While we figure this out, you can turn on your free ticket module, configure it
to 24 hours and it will create a ticket for your client. If that does not work,
I will be testing tomorrow.

What financial problems do you speak of.
Did this person buy ticket online?

Tomorrow, ALL DAY, I will be testing and hopefully correcting this time problem
you have been experiencing. Please post any other issues you may want me to look into.

I can also continue to help you with this one.
In the mean time..You can

Apparently, I just had a user use my last log in to buy a ticket, only now it can't be used. Can you help out a bit as it's a 24 hour ticket? I'm still working on the financial issues and hope to have that resolved soon. Thanks for everything!
