I would like to know what the maximum resolution and size of an image for the prepaid tickets.

I have reached for these requirements but could not find them.

Not sure if there is a max. The image will get resized to fit the card.
i know we have a 3mb upload limit.

Thnx, I have solved my problem. Just like my own website the creator cannot handle spaces in the filename.
So instead of "logo prepaid tickets.jpg" wrote just "logo1.jpg" and it worked.
