Hi:
I watched the tutorial video couple time. It seems easy and managable. When started to set up router with dhotspot setup. Real trouble stated. I put all the info required in chillispot page , then entered 192.168.20.1 an d tried to apply setting. It take ever to finish job. It never finished so I can not work further. I have Comcast business class service. Since last 6 months, I am using DD WRT Access Point to provide internet service to my establishment.
Mt setup for dhotspot is as under:
chillispot: Enable
Seperate from from the LAN Bridge: Enable
Primary Radius Server IP/DNS: wp.comcast.net ( This value come from ipconfig)
Backup Radius server IP/DNS: wp.comcast.net ( This value come from IPconfig)
DNS IP: 10.1.10.100
Remote Network: 192.168.182.0/24
Redirect URL: http://www.dhotspot.com/member/index.php/Account Number/
Shared Key: testing123
DHCP interface: WLAN
Radius NAS ID: Account Number
UAM Secret: Account Number
UAM ANY DNS:
UAM Allowed: dhotspot.com
MACAuth: disable

Is there any clue that make this setup non working.
Help is appreciated.

I may be able to help a little bit with this. Based on your settings there are a few things that need to be changed. Here is what the settings should be.

Chillispot: enable
Seperate Wifi from the LAN Bridge: enable
Primary Radius Server IP/DNS: host.dhotspot.com (These values should be as listed. This connects you to dHotSpot RADIUS servers.)
Backup Radius Server IP/DNS: backup.dhotspot.com (These values should be as listed. This connects you to dHotSpot RADIUS servers.)
DNS IP: Your ISP DNS Address (I would highly recommend using OpenDNS servers here 208.67.222.222)
Remote Network: 192.168.182.0/24
Redirect URL: http://www.dhotspot.com/member/index.php/your account/
Shared Key: testing123
DHCP Interface: WLAN (This may need to be changed to eth1 if you using the latest DD-WRT)
Radius NAS ID: Account Number
UAM Secret: Account Number
UAM Any DNS
UAM Allowed: dhotspot.com
MACAuth disable

Hope that helps.

Ron

Ron:
Thanks for the prompt reply.
This morning, I watched tutorial video again. and set everything per your instruction but the router still hung for more than two hours. As soon as I entered 192.168.20.1 and apply settings, It show a little progress bar but it is not moving further to next step.
I hope, where I am standing right now.

Once again thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'entered 192.168.20.1 and apply settings'. Ignore the videos for a moment.(I personally haven't had to use them.) Once you apply the settings, there really isn't any 'next step'. Just log into your account here at dHotSpot and start setting up your account. By the way, anywhere in the settings where it says Account number should be your DH number from dHotSpot.

If you log in here to dHotSpot and click on Router Config in the left menu, it will show you the exact things to put in your router under Chilispot. Just copy and paste each item.

Otherwise, not sure what else is happening. Once I did the settings, it just worked. If you still have problems, post your current settings again and I'll see if its right.

Edit: I was thinking that you are probably following the video and changing the default ip address for the router. I would probably ignore that part until you are sure that the hotspot is going to work. If you have a good password, that's not a neccessity, just extra security.
