dHotSpot displays your status (Pro/Lite) based on how many credits you have in your account. If your account has "0" remaining credits, your account will default to Lite status. If your account has any available credits, you will have Pro status.
Lite Status = Free version (Ads for access Module only @ 50% rotation). Pro Status = Paid Verison (All Modules and 100% ad rotation)
What Happens After The Downgrade? The system will automatically downgrade your account when your credits reach o. All of your pro settings will be saved, accessible and editable. You Won't be Billed, Banned, Locked Out or owe us any money.
In Lite Status The Login Page to your Hotspot will only show the free link. This free link will show both your ads and dHotSpot ads for free access. The login box will be available ONLY to customers who logged in prior to the downgrade.
This means that no new tickets can be processed or purchased online, because the purchase links and login boxes will not be available in Lite Status.
How Do You get back to PRO Status? It's simple. Just go to the dHotSpot.com or in you control panel and click on the hotspot meter icon. This will guide you through a simple payment process and get you back to pro status immediately following your purchase.
How much is It? Lite Status or dHotSpot Lite Version is FREE. Pro Status or dHotSpot Pro Credits can be purchased for less than 2 cents each.
What is a dHotSpot Credit Worth? One dHotSpot Credit = One Successful Login
Please Note One Ticket can have multiple logins. Example: If you sell one monthly ticket. That user will login several times over a 30 day period with that ticket. One credit will be deducted each time the user logs in.
