I've noticed that there are some accessibility problems for people with disabilities on the login page. Can I possibly lend some expertise in resolving some of these issues? As a side note, some of them will also improve the experience for mobile device users.

Hi,

I'd like to request a feature. If it's not already in the works, I'd like to recommend a feature wherein a ticket only has a valid duration in terms of when it can be used.

An example would be a 1 day ticket is issued and the ticket is only valid for 1 month before the card expires. Meaning, if they don't use the card within a month, it'd be invalid or expired.

I don't know if I missed it, or it is not in there. But many countries (especially EU countries) require wifi operators to have their clients enter personal information. This is because of the terrorst threats and kill threads that are mostly send from public internet acces places.

Are you going to introduce this as an option/feature?

I have another request. It would be nice if the pre-Paypal screens could be streamlined. Right now, the user has to:

1. Screen 1: Click Buy Now
2. Screen 2: Choose the package
3. Screen 3: Click PayPal button
4. Screen 4: Read the warning and click buy now

And then the PayPal process begins. It would be nice if at least the second screen could be put on the homepage instead of ...

Is it possable to make a different way to view the advertisements. Maybe straight on the splash page ? I can see people getting annoyed gettign a free ticket, having to click next ad etc. It would be cool if they just kept rolling through.

Hey, I havnt set up my hotspot yet so this might already be done but anyway.
When you login could a popup window come up and show a little timer with how much time is left and eventuly a bandwith remaining one to.

I know that there is already timer on the login page but the pop up might be cool

Is there another way that we could send someone their username and password? It seems I have a problem with some users not seeing it or for some reason, not getting it at all. Maybe have it automatically log them in upon payment and sending a copy to their email to save or print....or a "click here to print your access card" link. I keep a small supply of generated cards for offline use and ...
